With 22 years of experience in supporting various organizations through transformational change as a change and learning consultant Debra Powell’s extensive skill set includes developing learning programs, supporting companies through change initiatives, and project managing global learning programs as well as small and medium-size software implementations.
Debra graduated from the University of Colorado with both a History and Education degree. Even though she never became a teacher, she became a lifelong educator with a passion for helping organization’s become more efficient through effective methods for learning.
After thirty years in the corporate and consulting world, Debra recently started her own coaching and consulting company with the desire to work with and support small and medium-size businesses as well as individuals to reach that next level. Being a staunch supporter of the cannabis industry and the benefits it provides to all, she is especially excited to work in this field.
When not working with clients, Debra spends as much time as possible with her two college-age children, loves exploring single track around Colorado and Arizona on her mountain bike, and visiting and exploring new cities around the world.
