DENVER — Women Grow, LLC, the cannabis industry’s largest professional networking organization, will host its third annual Leadership Summit in downtown Denver, Colo, with Title Sponsor Supernatural Brand. From Feb. 1-3, 2017, the Women Grow Leadership Summit returns to Denver’s Ellie Caulkins Opera House for a three-day event designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and connections they need to join the cannabis industry or take their career to the next level.
Once a year, thousands of current and up-and-coming industry leaders committed to creating a diverse, inclusive cannabis industry come together in Denver to get connected, educated, and empowered. Women and men from across the world share their stories and insights during three intense days of learning, inspiration, and networking in the Mile High City.
Having come into my position as CEO right at the end of Women Grow’s second year in business, I will admit that I had some difficulty in deciding what direction to take with this second year anniversary message. I wrote numerous drafts, and spent many hours mulling over what I would say to you, our incredible members and community who continue to champion us. I decided, ultimately, to do some recognition.
It’s July and the Women Grow Signature Networking events heated up the cannabis industry on July 7th. With multiple chapters celebrating one year anniversaries, and Leah Heise, Women Grow’s new CEO attending a couple different chapter meetings, women continue to show up to take this budding new industry by storm. DENVER (JUNE 29, 2016) — Women Grow, the cannabis industry’s largest professional networking organization, today named Maryland attorney Leah Heise as acting CEO effective July 1. Co-Founders Jane West and Jazmin Hupp are stepping down from their respective roles as National Events Director and CEO to offer the next generation of cannabis industry leaders, headed by Heise, opportunities within Women Grow’s executive team.
