Andi is a healthcare banker and has been screening, underwriting, valuing and managing investments for more than 20 years. Her experience spans both debt and equity investments, private and public, across an array of industries applicable to the cannabis industry and has invested in several cannabis-related companies. Andi also mentors companies with their capital-raising pitches and financial models and has assisted the due diligence process for cannabis industry investors. Andi recently spoke on a due diligence educational panel at the San Francisco ArcView cannabis investing conference and is a new member of Women Grow. Andi is a former corporate and securities lawyer and has held various strategic and advisory roles.
