Managing Attorney, Greenbridge Corporate Counsel
Mitzi Vaughn is the Managing Attorney for Greenbridge Corporate Counsel, a transactional law firm entirely dedicated to cannabis industry clients. She oversees Greenbridge’s Washington state practice, advising the cannabis industry regarding corporate, transactional, and employment matters, as well as adult-use and medical cannabis regulation. Ms. Vaughn has represented a wide variety of cannabis industry leaders: nutrient manufacturers, cultivators, processors, retailers, real estate developers, investors, consultants, and software companies and has testified before the Hawaii legislature regarding the implementation of the state’s dispensary system.
Ms. Vaughn is a founding board member of the National Cannabis Bar Association, a founding committee member of the Ad Hoc US Coalition for Global Drug Policy Reform, and sits on the Advisory Council of Students for Sensible Drug Policy. She is a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association and the Coalition for Cannabis Standards & Ethics. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).
