Operations & Business Development Manager, MAD Farmaceuitcals

Project management and business development are just a few of the things that Kristin works with the founders of MAD Farmaceuticals on as their Business Development Manager. In addition, she manages the development of their proprietary grow software. The software mitigates risk and controls environments at the cultivation and production facilities. At the Cultivation and Production facilities, Kristin enjoy directly working with the Master Cultivators and Extractors to ensure the highest quality and consistency of product.  Having put together multiple training programs for Cultivation, Production and Dispensary employees; she helps to facilitate the continuous training of employees.

In addition, Kristin uses her past experience in marketing and knowledge of the industry to support the team in developing community outreach campaigns. These campaigns not only introduce the community to MAD Farma but also to help educate patients on new laws, products and developments in the industry. Kristin has been heavily involved in the application process in multiple states. Having managed multiple marijuana consulting projects in Colorado, Oregon and Nevada, she also managed the build-out and organization of multiple facilities.

Kristin’s career has included being Director of Sales and Marketing at a Retirement Planning Software company where she worked directly on the development of the software for participant use. Kristin is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and is a Certified Retirement Plan Specialist. She earned her degrees in Finance and International Business from the Cleveland State University. She currently volunteers for an Ovarian Cancer Research Non-Profit in Cleveland, Ohio as their Director of Social Media doubling their outreach. Kristin lives in Bay Village, Ohio where she enjoys practicing yoga and being able to walk to Lake Erie from her home.
