Amy is a cannabis entrepreneur and revenue rain maker with millions in sales under her belt. Her expertise and focus is on building sales teams and developing scalable revenue growth for businesses in and ancillary to the cannabis industry. With 8 years of cannabis industry experience, Amy has grown her career and knowledge from seed to sale. She has direct experience in: cultivation, dispensary operations, regulatory committees, consulting, marketing, and both hydrocarbon and CO2 extractions.

Ms.DiIullo began her cannabis career back in 2007 in a small caregiver grow supplying local Denver dispensaries with high quality cannabis. Originally from Columbus, Ohio Amy studied Clinical Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, and Psychology at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She sites her education and her Italian family upbringing as key developing factors in her negotiating and closing skills. She has built and grown sales teams for Urban Cannabis, KUSH Magazine, evolab extracts, GH Labs, Mahatma Concentrates, and GCH USA. Some of her areas of specialty include business development and strategic organization, extraction team development, cannabis product innovation, product sourcing, market analysis, pricing, and market distribution and channel strategies.

As the VP of Sales and Business Development for Willies Reserve, Amy focuses on the areas of product development, channel strategy, launch partnership, packaging, sourcing standards, and vendor relationships in existing and emerging cannabis markets across the United States. As an industry veteran, she aspires to help apply her earned knowledge and skills to help develop new business networks and expose new entrepreneurs to educational opportunities through the directory and event platforms at Women Grow. As a savvy networker, Amy enjoys linking people together and empowering the Women Grow network through symbiotic relationships. She loves to generate revenue, but more rewarding by far, is watch people learn and grow personally and professionally from their cannabis experience.

Amy is an adventurer at heart: she moved across the US to a Colorado Buddhist center in the heart of the mountains. That enthusiasm for new experiences and growth has driven her career to new heights and directions. She hopes to see the industry expand across the nation, and is excited by the prospect of developing and leading large international sales team networks. She is an active member of NCIA, and has been a contributor to CBA, ACT4Colorado, and MMAPA. In her free time, you can find her on a mountain somewhere hiking, mountain biking, or fishing for some trout.
