3 DAYS | 65 EXPERTS | ONCE A YEAR

Once a year the top women in cannabis come together to welcome newcomers. Join hundreds of women & men from across the country for three days of intense experiential learning in the Mile High City. You’ll leave Denver with the knowledge and connections to ignite your cannabis career.

Don’t miss your chance to join America’s fastest growing industry–California, Arizona, Nevada, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan and Ohio are all predicted to legalize in 2016–so now is the time!

3 Transformational Days

Wednesday starts by welcoming you to Women Grow’s national community of women & men dedicated to helping each other succeed. Whether you’re just researching a career change or are already an experienced cannabis executive, you’ll start relationships here that will support you professionally and personally. Plus with over a dozen dispensaries within walking distance, you can experience America’s first adult marijuana market.

Thursday is dedicated to the latest research, best practices, and newest ideas in cannabis on a grand stage. We won’t waste a moment of your time with 6 intense hours of 10-minute talks from 30 experts. Every speaker has distilled their years of experience into insightful lessons for new cannabis professionals. Then we’ll round out the day with a few dashes of inspiration to fortify you for an incredible journey. No boring booths. No blabbering salesmen. No bullshit. Just a rocking dance party to benefit Students for Sensible Drug Policy.

Friday is your chance to dive deep on the topics that matter most to you with 24 workshops offered in 4 tracks.

  • Get inspired to legalize marijuana in your state with our panel from Colorado, Alaska, and Oregon.
  • Create a national or international cannabis brand with the advice of pioneers such as OpenVape, Mary’s Medicinals & Harborside Health Center.
  • Learn how to live sustainably and thrive at breakneck pace.
  • See how the best-run dispensaries in the country are doing it with retailers from six states.

For lunch, pick a discussion group that brings together your peers in categories such as legal professionals, infused product makers or women of color. If you’ll be raising capital for a cannabis business in the future, pick our founder & investor lunch to get the inside track on what investors want. The whole day is dedicated to help you find the resources you need to succeed in 2016.

We’re building a trillion dollar industry from scratch. Now is the time to join us!

Listen to what last year’s attendees had to say about how the Leadership Summit affected them…

I feel like this summit lit a fire unlike any other conference or leadership program I have ever attended. Every person that I met who attended the event were there because they cared, wanted to meet others, and went above and beyond to share information and offer advice. I walked away from the conference feeling optimistic and motivated to make some big changes! Hillary Carroll

Retail Manager, Verdes Foundation

DEFINITELY GO! I made great connections and really gained confidence about the future of women in our industry. Megan Stone

The High Road Design Studio

I had no idea what to expect this past weekend and was completely blown out of the water by the positive atmosphere and informative presentations, not to mention the warm reception and encouragement I received for my business.
Katie Moroski

Founder, Cincinnati Cannabis

I was able to connect with people who have focused their expertise into this industry- a trademark lawyer specializing in cannabis businesses, I found an insurance provider, and made connections with new stores who can carry my products. And made some new friends as well! Dahlia Mertens

Mary Janes Medicinals
